Service Agreement
Every client reviews and signs this agreement as the last step of booking.
1. Non-refundable booking deposit
A $75 non-refundable deposit is required to lock in your calendar date. The remaining balance is due upon completion on installation day.
2. Decor sourcing prepayment
If Creative Cousin shops for your decor, 100% of the decor funds must be paid in full before any purchasing begins. A $150 shopping fee applies.
3. Space readiness
The tree area must be cleared of furniture and personal items before we arrive. Your tree must be set up, fluffed, and pre-lit with lights ON. If we have to fluff or light the tree, a $30 fluff fee and/or $50 light fee will apply (unless booked as an add-on).
4. Travel
Our service radius is 30 miles. No travel fee within that radius; a $50 travel fee applies only if you live beyond it (30+ miles out).
5. Rescheduling
You may reschedule up to 72 hours before your appointment, based on remaining seasonal availability. Changes inside 72 hours may forfeit the deposit.
